Time back is capacity, not automatically cash back. Payroll only falls if paid hours or other actual expenses fall. This calculator does not assume job cuts, extra donations or guaranteed savings.
Monthly hours = people × daily minutes × working days ÷ 60. Time value = hours × hourly value. Then we subtract your entered service cost. Figures are rounded for display. Avoid counting the same saved time twice.
Individual beta is $99/month for one person. The proposed Team beta is $199/month for up to three people total; this example starts with Team. Larger teams, additional usage and custom work need a quote; adjust the service cost above. Setup time and existing tool subscriptions are not included.
