Ask about TeamStart small. Keep what you’ve built. During beta, Rob helps with upgrades and confirms the price and start date with you before making a change. Inviting a teammate does not create a charge.
We’ll confirm your connections and initial workflows together. Team pricing remains proposed. Additional people, extra AI usage and custom integrations are quoted separately; existing tool subscriptions are not included. Checkout and automatic billing are not enabled.

Is this ready for everyone?+
Not yet. MyMVPDesk is in a guided beta. We confirm your organization’s setup, access and supported workflows before inviting your team.
Can I start alone and add my team later?+
Yes. Start with Individual at $99/month for one person. When you’re ready, ask Rob to move the same organization to Team, currently proposed at $199/month for up to three people total. Your Desk, connections and saved work stay in place. Teammates get their own private accounts; your mailbox and files are not automatically shared. We confirm the terms and start date before changing your package.
How do I sign in?+
During beta, use Continue with ChatGPT to securely verify your identity. MyMVPDesk never receives your ChatGPT password. Google and Microsoft sign-in are coming in a future update; they are not available yet. Signing in does not connect your email or files—you choose your work connections separately. Private Desk access remains by invitation.
Do I need to move everything to a new system?+
The goal is to work with your existing tools. We review the connections you need first; provider permissions and subscription levels can affect what is available.
Does every click use AI?+
No. Structured reports, task lists and supported direct lookups use ordinary software. Open-ended analysis and writing use your AI allowance.
Will it send emails or make changes on its own?+
Drafts and proposed actions are reviewed in the Desk. Task synchronization is enabled only for selected, connected task sources. We explain each workflow during setup.
How do I give feedback?+
Use Share feedback inside your Desk to report a problem, suggest an improvement or tell us what is working. You can follow the status of your submissions.
What happens after beta?+
We will discuss the ongoing package and price before you commit. The proposed beta offer is not a promise of lifetime pricing or unlimited development.
